College Research Incentive Funds (IDC Supplements To Discretionary Funding)
For externally-funded projects bearing more than 28% IDC recovery, the College sets aside 10% of the recovered IDC towards supporting College research incentive funds. These funds will be made available by the September of the subsequent fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) and may be used to support scholarly and research activities. These funds cannot be used for faculty salaries. Awarded incentive funds will be transferred into faculty PI discretionary accounts based on the IDC recovery from the previous fiscal year.
