Taubman College Career Network

The primary career platform for Taubman College students and alumni is the Taubman College Career Network (or TCCN). Students can use the platform to schedule advising appointments with the Career and Student Affairs teams, network with Taubman College alumni, register for career events, search for jobs and internships, and access university-wide resources. Use this Media and Publicity Release Form when photographing or recording students, research participants, or event attendees. Submit completed forms and resulting photos, if appropriate, to taubmancollegecommunications@umich.edu.

Art & Architecture Building – Community Stewardship

With a shared building, we all need to do our part to be good stewards of the common spaces, especially with added work of events. As such, the expectations for events include clean up.   Please note: Event clean up includes furniture break down and trash removal by the event organizers. Custodial and Grounds staff

On-Site Staffing

Registration desk – Who will lay out name tents and name badges ahead of the event? Do guests pick up a name badge, or does information need to be captured at check-in and how? That will help determine the number of staff needed, and if they have to be dedicated to being at the registration

Catering

If you need to order food for events, the University offers an extensive list of preferred catering vendors that can deliver food using your approved short code. For some of Taubman College’s preferred vendors, see the full Event Planning Guide. Confirm timing of event, load-in/load-out times, any suspension of food & bar service during program.

Printing

The Taubman College Media Center’s Online Portal provides 24-hour access to submit a variety of print orders. You will need to include billing information with your request.
