  2. The university offers a tuition reimbursement program. Please talk with your supervisor if you are considering pursuing a work-related degree.

FASCCO certified coaches provide personalized coaching services to assist you with achieving professional or personal goals such as overcoming procrastination, improving work organization and completion of specific projects.

Center for Positive Organization

The Center for Positive Organizations — inspires and enables leaders to build high-performing organizations that bring out the best in people. They are a catalyst for the creation and growth of positive organizations.

Michigan Online

Michigan Online provides access to all U-M courses and specializations hosted on the Coursera platform and provides the opportunity to earn certificates free-of charge.

LinkedIn Learning

Faculty and staff can access online offerings from LinkedIn Learning at no cost. This content can augment our in-person learning opportunities and we’ve even identified courses that align with our curriculum for this year.

Organizational Learning

Organizational Learning is the university’s central department for professional, career and leadership development services. We offer a broad spectrum of in-person and e-learning courses (available through LinkedIn Learning), most available to you at no cost.

You may also be interested in learning more about the work that other college professionals do. You are encouraged to set up informational interviews with your colleagues to learn more about their roles and seek mentorship opportunities if appropriate.
