Office of Research and Sponsored Projects (ORSP) handles the administrative tasks of a project before it is awarded, and typically our Taubman research administrator will liaise with them. The ORSP website provides a wide range of useful information and resources.
U-M Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR) is the main central office catalyzing, supporting, and safe-guarding research at the University. Among other administrative roles, probably the most relevant to you will be that OVPR offers internal grants and awards in various cycles.
