Taubman College Staff Dress Code Policy

Given that our staff members are all responsible adults, we trust you to dress appropriately for your role at the college in a manner that reflects the level of professionalism you wish to convey to our constituents.

Please note the following:

  • If you have any questions regarding what is appropriate, discuss this with your supervisor and/or a member of the HR staff.
  • Ripped clothing of any kind (fashionable or otherwise) is never acceptable.
  • There may be occasions when we have important guests in the building, and we will ask you to dress accordingly – Alumni Council meetings, Dean’s Advisory Board meetings, Preview Weekend, etc. Please help us all to showcase the college at its best during these occasions.
