Don Clifton, creator of the original StrengthsFinder assessment, developed 34 talent themes based on over 40 years of research. Today, the CliftonStrengths assessment has been taken by over 29 million people.

The number of available codes is limited; codes will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.
