Additional event details to consider in planning process
- Special transportation arrangements (parking passes, shuttle buses, valet, etc.) if needed.
 - Décor (i.e. flowers, special event specific collateral, etc.).
 - Sign holders – for directional signage, event information, check-in.
 - Coat racks or coat check.
 - Nametags and table tents – if needed who will create?
 - Who will create itineraries and run of show event documents and distribute?
 - The following information regarding your event should be shared with the space personnel in addition to any staff working the event.
 - Agenda
 - Guest count
 - On-site event contact sheet – this should include name, role for event, cell phone number, email address
 - What materials need to be sent to event space and what can be hand carried by attending personnel?
