Employment Reports

The Career & Professional Development team surveys our graduates one year after graduation to learn more about their employment outcomes. Each year, we publish an employment report that outlines these outcomes. You can access the two most recent Employment Reports via the college website by clicking on the image below.

The report is organized by academic program, and outlines the following information reported by our recent graduates:

  • Job Title
  • Employer Name
  • Location

Additionally, undergraduate students can view a list of colleges and universities where recent graduates have gone to continue their studies at the graduate level.

Note: The first class of Urban Technology students graduated from Taubman College in Fall 2024 and Winter 2025. Their post-graduate outcomes will be reported in the next version of our employment report. We expect to publish this report in July 2026.

Full-Time Pay Rates

Salaries and hourly pay rates vary widely based on a variety of factors, such as industry sector (public, private, or non-profit organization), location, and candidate skill level. Students can find industry-specific salary information from a variety of sources, including the AIA Salary Calculator and the APA Salary and Benefits Survey.

Students and alumni can schedule appointments with Career & Professional Development to discuss salary ranges and pay rates further.
